Scam Subscription Charge

I just had a $49.97 charge on my credit card on 12/8/20. Called the company with my credit card company on a three way call to ask for a refund. I talked to someone who I could not understand because the call was cutting in and out. I asked to talk to someone else and was told that he was the expert and no one else could talk to me. I was told that the charge was non refundable. I DID NOT JOIN A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!! I never signed up. I only ordered a flag and was guaranteed I only had to pay the $4.95 shipping. ITS A HUGE SCAM and from the sounds of the company rep--an overseas scam!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! Had to cancel my credit card. STAY AWAY!

$49.97 debited from our checking account, twice 9/27 and 10/28 Called in to ask for a refund the first time I was promised a full refund. Only 1 of the $49.97 charges was refunded in 2 half payments, the other was never refunded. Called in a second time, and was told it was impossible to refund the 1st $49.97. that I DID NOT WANT to JOIN I never signed up to be in a shopping club. I ordered a flag and was told I would only have to pay the $4.95 shipping. ITS A HUGE SCAM

I too just received a bill from Usashopping and have never bought from them!! I might have gotten a free American Trump/blue line flag that was Somehow attached to this Store?!

Because their bill came within a couple days of my Free flag acceptance!! I’m Very upset about this!!

I want that charge of 49.97, #877-830**** reversed immediately!! Jude Zimmer card ending in 9642

The called my home telling me I was preapproved for 2500. I gave them bank account info. Which was a huge mistake. Please whatever you do, do not go through with it. It's all a big scam, I don't see how the company has not been reported and she down completely. If you have gone through, make sure you notify your bank and request a block on your account, and if worse comes to worst, change your account number. It's terrible to know that such dishonest and cold hearted people are out there. The whole thing is a scam, unauthorized charges and stolen money. This company caused me a lot of confusion and troubles.

Recently when I was looking at my credit report I seen Usa credit on my report I did not no what it was so I call them gave the information that was needed.After talking to customer service I learn that I have an account with theme and have had it for 9 years. I ask did I owe any money she said no and inform me that I paid the membership and I can start ordering things a 10,000 limit. Has anyone made it that far to were they can make purchases and if so did you receive that item.

I eceived the same type of call as those listed on this page. While on hold sfter getting preapporved I pulled up this site. The lady just kept requesting information and telling me that a representative would answer my question, she would only be able to preapprove. Thanks for the comments posted I told the rep. when she finally picked up that I was not interested and she copped an attitude. She said if you want to rebuild your credit you NEED to do this. I told her, i am going down other avenues because I am online now reading the comments of your services right now. She got mad and I hung up on her. Thanks for sharing, its jerks like these that feed off of peoploe that are trying to get their lives on track.

I have not been able to connect with anyone at this so called shopping club and have been billed on my credit card which i have alerted fraud dept and have refused to pay bill of $88 on what i don't know..stay away from this company..they refused ( via email ) to let me know what was purchased and was told i authorized this charge which i never did...good luck and let's keep people like this off the web...

This is a complete scam and I can't see how they have not been shut down yet! I got a letter in the mail saying I was pre-approved for $2500 INTEREST free so I went through the application and within a week or two I got my card in the mail. The only reason I did it is because Im fresh out of nursing school and it was christmas time and I was short on cash to buy christmas gifts. Luckily I decided not to order anything, thanks to my brother who read through all of it and ASSURED me it was a scam. When I initially got the pre-approval and got online to fill it out I was a little doubtful about the whole thing because who gives a 20 year old, fresh out of college, with tons of student loans and no job or credit history a pre-approval for $2500? THANKFULLY I made a smart move and when they asked me for my bank acct. info or my credit card info I gave them the number to my unemployment visa card that the unemployment office gives you to load your weekly checks on and when I gave it to them, that was the week of my FINAL check.- They still took $50 dollars out of my unemployment card for the "initial payment." I was REALLY mad at first but after reading these posts I see that it could have been A LOT worse. I feel bad for those of you that got took real bad!! Here is the deal- My brother is an ADA (Assistant District Attorney) and I told him about these posts and everything this place is doing and he's filing a class action lawsuit for fraud. He said we are "guaranteed" to win. He said he wont stop until they pay back EVERY cent of what they have taken from EVERYONE they scammed. I know none of you know me but without a subpoena, my brother can't obtain all their files. In order for him to get a supboena he needs probable cause. He has to have evidence and statements, so if any of you would like to help just simply email me your first and last name, city and state you live in and a telephone number where you can be reached. Im not going to stop working on this til EVERYONE has ALL their money back and this place is SHUT down. Thats all the info I will need. Please email it to me at Erin4683@***.com, I know you are all aware of this but DONT email me your bank numbers or your social security number- just your name, address, city and state and telephone number. Lets kick some butt. Also- my brother (ADA) advised that none of us talk to them on the phone til this case is over and DEFINATELY dont tell them whats going on, if they find out, it will give them time to destroy records before we obtain them. Well writing that sure gave up the “don’t tell them anything” “ no advance warning” I have noticed that a lot of the scammers today just need your name, number, and address. Don’t know what they can do with that little info but sell lists to companies .!of lists of gullible people.!But I’m sure there’s a hella lot more.

Maybe Enlighten us on that.! Scammer !

USA Shopping Club thru USA Credit is a extreamly rude company. The supervisors that we spoke to have no customer service skills they argued concerning all aspects and did nothing to try to satisfy their customers. This company is a horrible company to do business with when ordering products. The Vice President of the company Jacqueline Joseph would not hear nor deal with the customer complaint that was brought to her attention. I strongly advise that you do not do buieness with this company they will treat you horribly with no respect as a customer. I strongly suggest that you go thru another site or company to purchase products.

You are right - they are sooooooo rude - I actually had a really nice person I was working with there and then all of a sudden, she was not available anymore, and this really rude lady came on the phone saying I have to speak with her. I did not like her attitude so I told her I did not want to pay over the phone anymore and I would mail my payment in and she was very confrontational, rude and condescending.

I became a customer to build credit and they really are a horrible company to deal with because they have no customer service skills whatsoever. They will yell at you and then say really demeaning things to you - it is horrible.

THEY CALLED ME ANT TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED FOR 2500.00 CREDIT LIMIT AND I LISTENED AND THEY MADE IT SOUND REAL GOOD THEN I GAVE THEM MY ROUTING NUMBER NUMBER THEN THEY WANTED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND I THOUGHT ABOUT THAT REALLY HARD SO I HUNG UP ON THEM MY DAD ALWAYS IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS SO MAYBE BY THE GRACE OF GOD I STOPPED IT BEFORE I GOT SCAMMED PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO STUFF LIKE THAT W WORK REALLY HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO LOSE IT FOR A SCAM

This company offered me a credit limit of 2500.00 and asked for my banking information. I have given this information of mine to this company..what they dont no is that i dont keep any money in this account at all.If they try to scam me and my account and I dont purchsae anything,they will have a law suit on their hands out of this world or jail time. This i a promise tothis company I WILL WALK U ALL DOWN.People be aware of this company I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ALREADY but if they have common since they wont mess with me at all.

it happened to me too same way but i found their email address memberservices@***.com it works i just used it and i also put a complaint in with the BBB to try to get my bank fee paid i have no clue to who these people are but it is a shame what can happen to you when your trying to get a little help . there's always someone looking to take advantage .Please do not apply for any loans on line i learned my lesson ask a friend or friends for a loan these places charge too much intrest anyway. good luck

I was told that when they wanted me to get a card from them that I would recieve the package in the mail and than it was not approved yet. I told Sam carter that I didn't want it and he said it was not approved I had 14 days. I called the next day and said I didn't want that card I didn't have the 99.00 to pay for it. He lied and took the money out yesterday and my account bounced 131.00 total. It was on the 3rd when we first talked. I am now going to call the better business breau against you. I get a call to tell me I am preaproved for 7,500 shopping club card.After I ask for the intrest is the say 0% but before I can get any more answers have to verify my name and adress. then Imust talk to a credit person shestarts telling me 0% intrest but when I ask how many days from purchase first payment must be she says 30 I again ask are posative.I am still waunding what the catch is she says none but when I ask for the web site she says she can not give me thesite until I am a member Iwant to investigate the club. she starts getting very loud and angry.I tell I will not be a member until can check them out.then it bam you must pay a $15.00 monthly fee. I tell no way take my name offlist then she goes ballistic.needless to c ask questions before you join anything the is shiftless way to get people to sign something you might use a few times.People ask questions first if the beat around the you beat them off the phone. pisssssssssssssssed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they gave me a fake credit card. but, still was taking the money out of my bank account, they know that was wrong. i am disable, on fixed income. it is a scam!!! i tell anyone do not get scam they way i did it really hurts to know that people are so dishonest. i could never do anyone like that. i don't mind paying for anything that i get there are bad people in this world. i pray that no one else gets scamed the way i did. please don't do any one else like this. please.

fooled my wife into thinkung that this was a credit card that could be used for anything she wanted found out different , now the fight is on to regain our money plus the over draft in our acct usa shoppingclub is a fricking rip off all around the clock they need to be shut down cause they say they never got my money but i know someone did it cost me more than what i wanted to spend someone do something about them rip off basturds please do shut these rip offs down before they burn more people off now
